1. Who We Are VetMed HQ provides mentoring programs, online courses, newsletters, consulting, community spaces, and research participation opportunities for veterinary professionals.

2. Educational Use Only All content is educational and not veterinary medical advice. Nothing provided replaces clinical judgment or constitutes diagnosis or treatment.

3. No Guaranteed Outcomes We do not guarantee employment, academic acceptance, clinical improvement, or personal outcomes.

4. Accounts Users must keep account information accurate and secure.

5. Payments Fees for courses and mentoring must be paid in full. Prices may change at any time.

6. Refunds & Cancellations: Refund within 7 days if under 25% completed.
Mentoring: Reschedule with 24 hours notice. Late cancellations are non refundable. Programs/events: Listed policies apply.

7. Intellectual Property All VetMed HQ content is protected. No reproduction or distribution without written permission.

8. Community Conduct Users must behave professionally. Harmful behavior may result in removal.

9. Research Participation Participation is voluntary. Additional consent may apply.

10. Privacy & Data Collection We collect name, email, survey data, course progress, and similar info.

11. Limitation of Liability VetMed HQ is not liable for professional decisions or damages arising from use of the Services.

12. Indemnification Users agree to hold VetMed HQ harmless from claims arising from misuse.

13. Third Party Services We are not responsible for external platforms or processors.

14. Service Availability No guarantee of uninterrupted access.

15. Termination Access may be revoked for violations.

16. Governing Law California law governs these Terms.

17. Updates Terms may change at any time.
